PP/PS共混纤维相容性研究

摘要

通过对PP/PS共混体系流变性能及纤维形态结构性能的研究 ,分析了温度、增容剂、剪切速率对PP/PS共混体系的增容作用 ,表明了最佳工艺条件为 :共混温度在 2 2 0℃左右 ,增容剂PP g PS的用量 10 % ;螺杆转速 30 0r/min。

Abstract

Study on Compatibilization of PP/PS Blend FibersZHNAG Hua,WANG Xue-chen,NIU Jian-jin,ZHANG Gui-fang (School of Sciences,Tianjin Polytechnic University, Tianjin 300 160, China)The rheological properties of PP/PS blended system and the structures of PP/PS f ibers were studied using twin-screw extruder, melding index tester, optic micro scope, SEM and etc. The effects of temperature, PP-g-PS block copolymer, extru ding times on the shear velocity to PP/PS blended system were analyzed. It was f ound that the preferable technological process parameters were: blend temperatur e-220 ℃, PP-g-PS content-10% and the speed of extruder-300 r/min. Th e ob tained experimental results were useful for the fabrication of polystyrene based exchange fiber.polystyrene; polypropylene; blend; compatibil ization; morphology
