富氧燃烧应用于水泥回转窑生产上的理论初探

摘要

富氧燃烧不仅能使燃料的燃烧时间大大缩短,有利于提高燃料的完全燃烧程度,而且还能提高火焰温度和黑度,从而改善窑内的传热条件,使窑的产量提高,热耗下降。这一措施经计算在技术上是可行的。

Abstract

Initial Theoretical Inquire into the Abundant Oxygen Combustion Applied to Cement Rotary Kiln Li Juan Xie Junlin Quan Jian Li XiaopuThe abundant oxygen combustion in benifit for reducing the combustion time and increasing the degree of perfect combustion.Also it can increase the temperature and blackness of the flance,and thus improve the condition of heat transfer in the kiln.The product of the kiln can been raised and the energy can been saved.This step is proved to be practicable in technology by computation.: the abundant oxygen combustion; anglar coefficient of radiation; blackness; radiation heat transfer coefficient Li Juan: Engineer,Silicate Engineering Research Center,WUT,Wuhan 430070,China.
