Abstract

Cutter suction dredger is commonly used dredging equipment, underwater mining cutter is its core component. In this paper,twodimensional watersaturated sand flat cutter cutting process theory is applied to the force analysis; From threedimensional shape cutter start the ball cone cutter, for example, create the cutter model, finite element software pair tool to calculate the stress strain analysis, design and manufacture of cutter and strength check of reference.
