Abstract

The Development of Polyether-iodine Technology-research on ProcessLI Zhong-ming~1,DU Jin-ping~1,GAN Xue-ping~2 (1.School of Chemical and Environment Engineering,Jianghan University,Wuhan 430056,China;2.Quality Control Center of Wuhan,Wuhan 430056,China)With the non-ionic surfactant as the carrier of the iodine,by join iodide potassium,iodate potassium,make the polyether-iodine property more stable.Through the orthorhombic experiment to make sure the main influence factor of the iodine yield and the optimized prescription of the preparation and technogy of the polyether-iodine.To examine the effect and stability of polyether-iodine.Reaearch showes that with the AEO-7/AEO-9 as the carrter for the iodine,when the quantity of the materials(w%) is non-ionic surfactant 18%,iodide potassium 0.05%,iodate potassium 0.1%~0.15%,lemon acid(0.2%~0.4%),and control the temperature of the reaction in 50 ℃ can get the satisfied result.polyether-iodine;non-ionic surfactant;iodine;stability
