Finite Element Analysis of Metal Arch Corrugated Roof Under Wind Load and Snow LoadZHANG De-sheng,LI Yuan-ying(Department of Civil Engineering , Jiaying Institute, Meizhou 514015,China)The type W666 of metal arch corrugated roof was taken as study object in this paper. The geometrical non-linear finite element analysis of 30 m span under the effect of wind load and snow load were studied under the different ration of high-span and the condition of immobility supporting stands. The results show that the deformation of the structure was non-symmetric under wind load. And while half-span snow load was put on one side of the wind pressure of metal ACR, which added to the wind load of the windward side of the structure, the deformation of the structure was bigger than that under whole-span snow load, which made the load-bearing capacity of the structure decrease accordingly.
