Abstract

Study of Preparing Porous Ceramic Filter Material Made from Solid Waste XU Xiao-hong 1,DI Yong-jiang 1,WU Jian-feng 1,LEI Zhong-wei 1,HONG Jun-wei 1,LU Jia-xi 2,LIU Xiang-quan 2,DENG Qi 2 (1.School of Materials Science and Engineering,WUT,Wuhan 430070,China;2.Cement Factory,Shandong Aluminium Co,Zibo 255061,China)Using mud,fly ash,coal gangue and poor clay which come from a certain large-sized mining industry,pore foaming which can increase porosity,forming accessory ingredient which can adjust plasticity and sintering accessory ingredient which can modulate intensity to improve the performance of the sample,they can be used to produce ceramic filter material which can be used in sewage disposal. The pore-forming effectiveness,porosity and intensity of four pore-forming agents was compared and analyzed. Measurements of physicochemical properties and microscopic structure show the porosity is more than 55%,the crush force is 0.779 kN and the pore is three-dimensionally bonded.porous ceramic filter materials;red mud;fly ash;coal gangue;pore-forming agent
