Abstract

A Study of the Hollow Glass Microballoon Surface Improving Pang Jinxing\ Huang Kezhi\ Mao Yulan\ Huang Hongming [WT5”BZ〗\ In this paper, using organic silanes, the surfaces of the hollow glass microballoon were treated, their resistivity against water was improved.Combining the result of the thermal weight loss.XPS and IR, the surface of the hollow glass microballoon was observed.It was confirmed that a siloxane thin film of chemical bonding was formed on the surface of the hollow glass microballoon.:[WT5”BZ〗\ hollow glass microballoon;\ surface treating;organic silanes Pang Jinxing:[WT5”BZ〗\ Assoc.,Prof., Institute of Material Science ,WUT, Wuhan 430070, China.
