Abstract

Effects of Oxidizing Heattreatment on Electrical Properties of Singlefired SrTiO3 Multifunction Ceramics Xu Qing Chen Wen Yan Hongwei Cui WanqiuSrTiO3 multifunction ceramics are fabricated by singlefiring process. Electrical properties of samples are investigated and effects of oxidizing heattreatment on electrical properties are also analysed. The results indicate that multifunction properties show close relation with characteristics of grainboundary, acceptor states directly. With increasing of oxidizing heattreatment temperature, nonlinear coefficient(α) and varistor voltage(V1mA) increase while apparent permissivity(εr) and dissipation factor(tgδ) decrease.: SrTiO3 ceramics; multifunction; singlefiring process; oxidizing heattreatmentXu Qing: Lect., Material Institute, WUT,Wuhan 430070, China.
