Effects of Oxidizing Heattreatment on Electrical Properties of Singlefired SrTiO3 Multifunction Ceramics Xu Qing Chen Wen Yan Hongwei Cui WanqiuSrTiO3 multifunction ceramics are fabricated by singlefiring process. Electrical properties of samples are investigated and effects of oxidizing heattreatment on electrical properties are also analysed. The results indicate that multifunction properties show close relation with characteristics of grainboundary, acceptor states directly.
