Abstract

The Coupling Function of γ-UTMS on the Interface of Composite Wen DijiangThe paper study the glass fibre absorptive property of γ-undecenoy- loxypropangl trimethoxy silicane (γ-UTMS)hydrolyte. The property of fibre surface treatedby γ-UTMS and the mechnic properties of composite reinfored by it. It is concluded formthose that the absorption stated above is one of the multi-molecular layers. The treated fibresurface behave better property of hydro phobicity and moisture ability to unsatured polyesterresin (UP). The γ-UTMS hydrolyte aqueous would better be prepared with 1wt% when usedas coupling agent. The cure tire time of glass fibre is about two minutes. The tensile strengthof GFRP reinfored by glass fibre treated by γ-UTMS increased 15%. The interfacial energyabsorption incrensed due to the defcection of the long chain, therefore, the property of impact-resistance of composite incrensed about 20%.Coupling agent;;Interface;;Composite
