采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)对环氧沥青及环氧树脂体系的固化反应特征进行了研究。根据不同升温速率下反应物体系固化反应的DSC特征曲线,探讨其固化反应特征,为优化环氧沥青的固化及施工工艺提供基础。试验结果表明,环氧树脂固化后,提高了沥青材料的凝胶温度、固化温度以及后处理温度,从而显著提高了环氧沥青的热稳定性特别是耐高温性能。进一步研究发现,在环氧沥青固化特征的研究中需要考虑扩散作用的影响,从而提出带部分扩散控制的环氧沥青固化反应特征。
Abstract
The curing characteristics of epoxy asphalt and the relevant epoxy resin were studied by nonisothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) technique. According to the DSC graphs at different heating rates, the curing characteristics of epoxy asphalt were studied which lay a foundation for the optimization of the curing and construction technology of epoxy asphalt. The results showed that, after the curing of the epoxy resin, the gelation temperature, curing temperature and the posttreating temperature of the asphalt were all increased. So, the thermal stability, especially the high temperature resistance of the epoxy asphalt was improved rapidly. Further study found that the effect of diffusion should be considered during the curing study of the epoxy asphalt and the curing characteristic of epoxy asphalt with part of the diffusioncontrolled was put forward.
