Improvement on Producing Process of Preparing Nano-zinc Phosphate by Impinging Stream ReactionZHOU Yu-xin1,2,ZHU Hua-juan1,2,LI Zhe-lun1,2,ZHANG Juan1,2,WU Yuan1,2 (1.School of Chemical Engineering and Pharmacy,Wuhan Institute of Technology,Wuhan 430073,China;2.Key Laboratory for Green Chemical Process of Ministry of Education,Wuhan 430073,China)Nano-zinc phosphate was prepared by liquid-liquid reaction-precipitation in the submerged circulating impinging stream reactor(SCISR) with commercial zinc oxide and phosphoric acid as the raw materials.The products were characterized by XRD and TEM.The influences of reactant concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time,and formula of the reactants on the yield were investigated,and the more appropriate conditions for preparation of nano-zinc phosphate were determined primarily as follows: ZnO concentration 0.86 mol/L,reaction temperature 70 ℃,reaction time 1 h,and the mole ratio of H3PO4/ZnO 0.67.The results of determination with XRD and TEM show that the major component in the product is Zn3(PO4)2·2H2O,and the average size of particles in the product is ranged 30 nm to 50 nm.impinging stream;nano-preparation;zinc phosphate;reaction-precipitation
