摘要

研究了3种不同类型的消泡剂对一种有机包覆改性SiC料浆的稳定性和流变特性的影响,及消泡剂的表面张力与其消泡效果和坯体密度之间的关系。结果表明:3种消泡剂对料浆稳定性的影响都不大,随着非/阴离子复配消泡剂用量的增加,料浆由涨流型流体逐渐转变为假塑型流体,当其加入量为质量分数的0.1%时,料浆在低剪切速率(<80s-1)下的粘度最低,注浆成型坯体密度最高。当有机硅消泡剂的表面张力最低时,消泡效果最好,但注浆成型坯体密度却不高。

Abstract

The impacts of three different defoaming agents on stability and rheology of a modified SiC slurry were investigated and the relations in surface tension and defoaming effect of defoaming agents and density of green body were researched.The results showed that the impacts of defoaming agents on stability of slurry were not great.With amount of nonion/anion compounded defoaming agent increasing,slurry was changed into pseudo-plastic fluid from dilatants fluid,and at 0.1%amount viscidity of slurry was lowest ...
