车辙检测中超声测距数据采集方法

摘要

路面车辙信息直接反映道路横断面的好坏和行车的安全性,文中采用超声传感器来获取路面车辙原始信息,在构建系统平台的基础上,分析了超声传感器测距的基本原理及其传感器的布置安排;针对超声传感器的输出波形,设计了按周期精确采样的方法从而减少噪声,并给出了具有时效性的CAN总线应用层通讯协议。

Data Acquisition Method by Ultrasonic Wave Distance Measurement for Rut DetectionWANG En-jun1,CHEN Xian-qiao1,CHU Xiu-min2,ZHANG Li-guang2 (1.School of Computer Science and Technology,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430063,China;2.Intelligent Transport System Center,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430063,China)Information of road rut directly reflect condition of road transverse profile and traffic safety.This paper selected ultrasonic sensor to get original data of rut,constructed system platform,analyzed principle of ultrasonic wave sensor measure distance and layout of sensor,designed exact cycle sample method to decrease noise in view of output wave shape,and produced real time protocol of CAN application layer.highway maintenance;rut detection;ultrasonic wave distance measurement;data acquisition
