新型陶瓷滤料处理含油废水的粗粒化试验研究

摘要

利用新型陶瓷滤料及其表面改性滤料进行石油废水的粗粒化试验。在不投加混凝剂的条件下,2种滤料分别达到了最高80.62%(无表面改性陶瓷滤料)和76.97%(表面改性陶瓷滤料)的除油效果;在投加硫酸铝混凝剂的条件下2种滤料分别达到了最高73.02%(无表面改性陶瓷滤料)和71.68%(表面改性陶瓷滤料)的除油效果,同时,D2型表面改性滤料达到了平均94.56%的粗粒化除油效果。

Abstract

Research on Coalescence Experiment Utilizing a New Kind of Ceramic Filter Media in Oil Wastewater DisposalZHANG Zhao-ji1,XIA Shi-bin1,WU Jian-feng2,LI Meng3(1.School of Resource & Environmental Engineering,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China;2.School of Materials Science and Technology,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China;3.School of Civil Engineering & Architecture,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China)A new kind of ceramic filter media was utilized in the coalescence experiment of oil wastewater disposal.At the condition of no coagulant,the non-surface modified ceramic filter media and the surface modified ceramic filter media had an oil disposal result of the maximal 80.62% and 76.92% respectively,while the aluminum sulfate was used as the reactor,this result was changed to the 73.02% and 71.68% respectively.Meanwhile the D2 surface modified ceramic filter media had an oil disposal result of 94.56% in average.ceramic filter madia;coalescence;oil wastewater treatment;coagulant
