利用新型陶瓷滤料及其表面改性滤料进行石油废水的粗粒化试验。在不投加混凝剂的条件下,2种滤料分别达到了最高80.62%(无表面改性陶瓷滤料)和76.97%(表面改性陶瓷滤料)的除油效果;在投加硫酸铝混凝剂的条件下2种滤料分别达到了最高73.02%(无表面改性陶瓷滤料)和71.68%(表面改性陶瓷滤料)的除油效果,同时,D2型表面改性滤料达到了平均94.56%的粗粒化除油效果。
