苎麻/聚碳酸亚丙酯复合材料力学性能的研究

摘要

采用苎麻纤维和聚碳酸亚丙酯制备了可降解复合材料。讨论了碱处理、苎麻纤维长度对苎麻/聚碳酸亚丙酯复合材料机械性能的影响,并借助扫描电子显微镜对复合材料的冲击断口形貌进行了观察。结果表明:苎麻经碱液处理后,苎麻/聚碳酸亚丙酯复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度有了明显提高,分别由23.90 MPa、30.04 kJ/m2增加到25.39MPa、36.40 kJ/m2。

Abstract

Research on Mechanical Properties of Ramie Fiber/Poly(Propylene Carbonate) Composite MaterialsWAN Chun-jie1,2,YU Jian-ying1,NAN Wen-huan1,LIU En-ran1 (1.School of Materials Science and Engineering,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China;2.School of Chemical Engineering and Pharmacy,Wuhan Institute of Chemical Technology,Wuhan 430074,China)The degradable composite was made by ramie fiber and poly(propylene carbonate) .The effects of alkaline treatment and ramie fibers length on the mechanical properties of ramie fibers/Poly(propylene carbonate) composite materials were studied,and the impact fracture morphology of ramie fiber/Poly(propylene carbonate) was observed by scanning electron microscope.The experiment results showed that the tensile strength and impact strength were improved from 23.90 MPa and 30.04 kJ/m2 to 25.39 MPa and 36.40 kJ/m2 respectively when ramie fiber was mercerized by using NaOH.poly(propylene carbonate);ramie fiber;composite materials;alkaline treatment
