故障诊断学用于数控绳锯的研究

摘要

分析数控绳锯的结构原理和控制原理,用微分几何的方法导出了可实用于生产的控制方程。在此基础上,用故障诊断学的理论建立了合理的系统故障树。然后根据由故障树得到的结构函数进行定量分析,用布尔代数的方法确定系统的最小割集,计算结构重要度。并将其实用于该机的维修管理,获得显著成效。

Abstract

Research on the Use of Fault Diagnostics in CNC Wire Cutting MachineHE Kai-ming,CHEN Yan,WANG Rong(School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China)Researched on the use of fault diagnostics in the machine.The principle of work and control of a CNC wire-cutting machine was analysed.Control equations which can be applied to production were set up with differential geometry theory.Then,a reasonable system Fault-tree was set up.Quantitative analysis based on the construction functions obtained was done.The achievements in the research and analysis were applied to practical equipment maintenance management of the machine successfully.CNC;wire cutting machine;fault diagnostics
