水热法生产纳米ZnO的工艺研究

摘要

应用正交设计探讨水热法制备纳米ZnO生产工艺。样品用XRD和TEM进行表征,通过对不同工艺条件下样品的粒子形貌、晶化程度和工业生产成本综合分析,确定了影响纳米ZnO质量的主要因素和最佳生产工艺。放大试验结果证实了这一工艺的稳定性,对于纳米ZnO工业生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Process Technology of Nanometer ZnOLI Ben-lin,LIANG Ying,HE Ping(Department of Chemistry and Biology Science,Xiangfan University,Xiangfan 441053,China)Nanometer zinc oxide powder can be prepared in a method of hydrothermal precipitation.The process technology was studied by the cross experimental design.Crystal structure and microstructure of powder were determinated by XRD and TEM.The samples of microstructure and morphology,crystalline degree and manufacturing cost were analyzed by choosing various reaction conditions,the main influential factors and the optimal conditions were ascertained.The process stability was proved by amplificatory experiment,the result has instructional significance for industrialized manufacture of nanometer zinc oxide.nanometer zinc oxide;hydrothermal precipitation;process technology;cross experimental design
