多工位共用安装的夹具定位布局优化设计

摘要

对加工过程中多工位共用安装的情况,提出一种可以优化选择夹具定位配置的方法。该方法首先针对单工位夹具根据3-2-1定位原则在工件表面选取6个定位点组成初始定位配置,接着定义可以反映工件定位点到加工特征关键点处误差传输的矩阵,利用矩阵特征值建立优化目标函数,然后通过给各个目标函数设定权因子合并共用安装的多个模型的目标函数。此方法适合于基于特征的加工操作中多工位共用安装的定位布局设计问题。

Abstract

Optimal Method of Select Locating Points for Multi-operation FixtureTIAN Shao-peng~1,HUANG Zheng-dong~2, WU Sen~1, CAO Zheng-ce~1 (1.School of Automotive Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan 430070, China;2.CAD Center in the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan 430074,China)An approach for optimally selecting locating points of multi-operation fixture was presented. For the single-operation fixture, this approach can find an optimal configuration of locating points on a set of faces of the work piece, which minimize the error transfer from locating points to machining features. In formulation of the optimization, the error transfer was modeled by using an error transfer matrix. Eigenvalues of the matrix were used as objective functions of the optimization. For the multi-operation fixture, the object function can be combined by putting coefficient to every operation. An example was included to illustrate effectiveness of the proposed approach. Compared with traditional methods in which only one operation was considered, this approach was more effective and efficient for multi-operation fixture.multi-operation; fixture layout; machining feature; localization; optimal design
