矿物功能材料对混凝土氯离子渗透性的影响

摘要

在单因素影响方案的基础上 ,研究了多种磨细工业废渣及天然矿物材料的不同组合与叠加对混凝土氯离子渗透性的影响。通过试验研究和理论分析证实了硅灰与偏高岭土、粉煤灰、矿渣之间存在着“超复合叠加效应”,为合理选择矿物功能材料的种类及掺配方式 ,特别是偏高岭土的合理应用提供了技术思路 ,实现了矿物功能材料在提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透性方面的性能优化与降低成本的双重效用

Abstract

The Influence of Mineral Functional Materials on Chloride Ion Penetration of Concrete HU Hong mei 1,MA Bao guo 2 (1.Department of Architecture,Xiamen University,Xiamen 361005,China;2.School of Materials Science and Engineering,WUT,Wuhan 430070,China)On the basis of the effect plan of separate addition,several kinds of ground industrial wastes and natural mineral functional materials with different combination on chloride ion penetration of concrete have been studied.The result indicates that ultra combination effect between micro silica and ultra fined,meta kaolin,fly ash,slag etc.The technical line was put for rational choosing in the kinds and component of mineral functional materials,especially in rational using of meta kaolin.Therefore double effect in which has better performance and lower manufacture cost of mineral functional materials for the anti chloride ion penetration is realized.mineral functional material; chloride ion; concrete; penetration
