抗气蚀材料的设计与涂层工艺研究

摘要

设计了 P1731、P1732、 P342 13种抗气蚀涂层材料 ,采用等离子喷焊工艺在 92 1钢基体上制备焊层 ,与1Cr18Ni9Ti、92 1钢在配制的人工海水中进行振动空蚀试验。结果表明 :3种涂层材料均比 1Cr18Ni9Ti、92 1钢抗空蚀能力提高 3倍以上。同时对其中 2种材料的成分组成、结构特点、SEM形貌、电极电位等方面进行分析 ,总结了抗气蚀涂层材料优异的抗空蚀性能

Abstract

Coating's Development and Manufacture of Resistant Cavitation Erosion CHENG Xu dong 1,DENG Shi jun 2,PAN Mu 1,LUO Zhi ping 1,CHEN Jun 1 (1.State Key Laboratory of Advanced Technology for Materials Synthesis and Processing,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China;2.Wuhan Research Institute of Materials Protect,Wuhan 430030,China)Three resistant cavitation erosion coating powder materials were developed and their hard facing layers were manufactured on 921 steel substrate used to plasma transferred arc technology. They were taken to the test of vibration cavitation erosion with 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 921 steel in man made seawater. Results confirmed that the resistant cavitation erosion of three hardfacing layers are three times than that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 921 steel. Moreover, the chemical composition, structural behaviors, SEM morphologies, electrochemical potentials etc were examined.
