Analysis on Seismic Resistance Behavior of High Strength Reinforced Concrete and Steel Fiber High Strength Reinforced Concrete Frame Joints XIAO Liang li 1,LIANG Yu guo 2,PENG Shao min 1,CHEN Meng 3 (1.School of Civil Engineering & Architecture,Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan 430070,China; 2.Architecture Sicence Inistitue of Hebei,Shijiazhuang 050021, China;3.School of Civil Engineering & Architecture,Zhengzhou University,Zhengzhou 450002, China)Through the experimental research of four high strength reinforced concrete frame joints and two steel fiber high strength reinforced concrete frame joints under low cyclic loads,it was found that the steel fiber concrete frame joint had better ductility, higher cracking and shear capacity of joints. The stirrup of the core of the steel fiber concrete frame joint had fewer stirrups or even no stirrups. That can deal with the construction difficulties as well as meet the requirements of engineering seismic resistant practice and thus bring good economic benefits.high strength reinforced concrete; frame joint; plastic hinge; ductility
