富钙钛锆石的合成

摘要

铀钚的高放射性核废料 (HL W)的固化是目前一个十分值得关注的课题 ,人造岩石作为固化基材是一种可行的方法。研究了固相反应法和液相反应法合成钙钛锆石的工艺条件 ,获得了合成富钙钛锆石较佳的工艺条件。实验结果表明 ,2种方法均能合成纯度较高的钙钛锆石 ,可以利用富钙钛锆石作为固化放射性核素 U、Pu的固化基材 ,但是 ,固相反应法的工艺简单 ,原料易得且价格较低 ,合成钙钛锆石的纯度较高 ,更适合于工程化应用

Abstract

The Synthesis of Zirconolite TENG Yuan-cheng 1,LU Zhong-yuan 1,LAI Zhen-yu 1,ZHOU Shi-guang 2 (1.School of Materials Science and Engineering, Southwest University of Science and Technology, Mianyang 621010, China; 2.School of Environment Engineering, Southwest University of Science and Technology, Mianyang 621010, China)People pay more and more attention to the solidification of HLW of uranium and plutonium during these years. Synroc has been found relevant to disposal of high-level nuclear waste. The paper deal with synthesis of zirconolite based synroc. The technique of solid phase synthesized synroc and liquid phase synthesized synroc have been studied and the technical conditions of it has been achieved. Results indicated that high purity zirconolite could be synthesized using these two methods, zirconolite as matrix of solidification of radioactive uranium and plutonium. The technique of solid phase synthesis is easier than that of liquid phase synthesis because raw materials are easier to get and have cheaper cost. Therefore the purity of zirconolite is higher than that of liquid phase synthesized zirconolite and so thus made it more suitable to the engineering applications.zirconolite; HLW; uranium; plutonium
