摘要

主要研究适合组织工程支架材料的 PDL L A/ HA复合纤维的制备工艺 ,并探讨了 PDL L A的相对分子质量以及 HA的含量等对纤维成型的工艺条件和纤维性能的影响。 PDL L A相对分子质量的增大和 HA含量的提高 ,在一定程度上都会提高复合纤维的加工成型温度 ,而温度的选择和控制、拉伸速度是影响成纤维性能的关键因素 ,所以在相对分子质量为 2 0~ 3 0万的 PDL L A基体中 ,添加适量的 HA微粉 (直径为 4~ 2 0μm) ,在低于 160℃为宜的成型温度条件下 ,可制备出 PDL L A/ HA直径为 15~ 3 0μm的复合纤维

Abstract

Preparation of Poly-D, L-lactic Acid/Hydroxyapatite Compound Fibers WAN Tao,JIANG Xin,ZHOU Wen-juan,JIA Li,LI Shi-pu (Biomedical Material and Engineering Research Center,WUT, Wuhan 430070,China)In this study, technologies of favourable bone tissue engineering scaffold of poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA)/Hydroxyapatite(HA) composite fibers were investigated with the use of the method of melt-spining. And the effects of PDLLA of molecular weight and the content of HA on the process and the composite fiber's properties were discussed. High molecular weight of PDLLA and content of HA enhanced the temperature of machine-shaping.The melt-temperature choice and the fiber's draw pacing are critical in the composite fiber's machine-shaping. Result showed that adding quantum HA powder with diameter of 4~20 μm into the PDLLA with the molecular weight of 200 000~300 000, PDLLA/HA compound fiber of 15~30 μm with high performance could be obtained at temperature lower than 160 ℃.PDLLA/HA; composite fiber; tissue engineering scaffold
