摘要

微波介质陶瓷是现代通信技术中关键基础材料 ,它的应用越来越受到人们的重视。介绍了低介电常数、中介电常数、高介电常数三类微波介质陶瓷的研究现状 ,并根据材料设计的思想对高性能微波介质陶瓷的发展趋势进行了探讨。

Abstract

Present Status and Prospect of Microwave Dielectric Ceramics Fang Liang Yang Weiming Yan Junbin Zhang HuiMicrowave Dielectric Ceramics (MWDC) is a kind of key fundamental materials for mobile communication technique, and more and more attentions have been paid to MWDC in the world. Present research status of some important materials systems in low dielectric constant ( ε r ) materials, middle ε r materials and high ε r materials are reviewed. Finally, the prospect of MWDC with high properties is discussed according to the ideas of materials design.microwave dielectric ceramics (MWDC); dielectric properties; tungsten bronze structure; perovskite structure
