二次氧化-沉淀法分离LiMn_2O_4中的锂和锰

摘要

以 (NH4 ) 2 S2 O8为氧化剂 ,采用二次氧化 -沉淀法分离 L i Mn2 O4 中的锂和锰 ,分别得到了纯度为 98.0 2 %的L i2 CO3和 99.88%的 Mn O2 ,其元素的回收率分别达到 88.95 %和 96 .0 8%。反应的最佳条件为 p H值为 9~ 12 ,体系煮沸10 min,沉淀分离后 ,母液中的 L i+ 用饱和 (NH4 ) 2 CO3进行沉淀回收。

Abstract

The Seperation of Lithium and Manganese in LiMn_2O_4 by Twice Oxidation-precipitation Peng Shantang Lei Jiaheng Chen Yongxi Zhao Jun Lect.,Department of Applied Chemistry, WUT, Wuhan 430070, China.Using (NH 4) 2S 2O 8 as oxidant, lithium and manganese were seperated by twice oxidation precipitation. Li 2CO 3 and MnO 2 got is in purity of 98.02% and 99.88%, respectively. And the recover of Li and Mn is 88.95% and 96.08% correspondingly. The optimum conditions of reaction are obtained at pH 9~12 and the system was boiling for 10 min. After the precipitation was separated, Li + in the filtrate is recovered using saturated solution as precipitant.twice oxidation precipitation; LiMn 2O 4; (NH 4) 2S 2O 8; Lithium battery; sieve of Lithium ion
