正交设计实验法研究煤矸石合成β-SiC的工艺条件

摘要

本文采用正交设计实验法.研究了合成温度、保温时间及碳过量数对煤矸石合成β-SiC微粉的影响。实验确定的最佳工艺条件为:合成温度1450℃、保温时间4h、碳过量数5wt%。

Abstract

On the Process of the Synthesizing β-SiC from Gangue by Orthogonal Experiment Design Li Ningfang;Shen Qiang;Gao jingyuan;Li Huixian(Assoc. Prof., Dept. of Material Engineering, WUT, Wuhan 430070,China.)The effect of the synthesizing temperature,the temperature keeping timeand amount of excessive carbon on the synthesizing β-SiC from gangue has been studied bythe method of orthogonal experiment design. The optimum conditions discovered by ourexperiments are the synthesizing temperature of 1450℃, the temperature keeping time of 4hours and the amount of excessive carbon of 5wt%.:β-SiC; gangue; orthogonal experiment design
