树脂基复合材料纤维缠绕动态显示技术研究

摘要

本文详细介绍了弧形管纤维缠绕计算机图形动态显示的技术研究,建立了弧形管的数学模型,介绍了纤维测地线缠绕和非测地线缠绕的数学模型,采用线框成型方法构造了弧形管及其上缠绕纤维的图形,利用统x轴旋转变化实现了计算机模拟弧形管纤维缠绕动态过程,为工艺及设备的设计研究提供了一条高效的途径。本文同时还提出了一种简捷的弧形这同截面圆上节点z值比较消隐方法,使得三维动态图形更加逼真和更富立体感。

Abstract

A Study on Technology of 3-D Dynamic Graphic Display in Fi1ament Circle Winding Lan Zaizhong Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology Li Yang Wuhan Institute of Chemical TechnologyIn the paper, the technology of 3-D dynamic graphics display in filament circlewinding is persented. The models of math is established. The paper instroduceds some main modelsabout the filament meendrous and no meandrous winding. The animation filament circle winding aredisplaied. This is a effective and direct way for the desige and research of equrpment and technologyof filament winding. The paper introduced a new method of removing hidden lines-z comparisonmethod.
