滚动轴承磨损故障的振动监测和诊断

摘要

本文对滚动轴承磨料磨损故障进行了模拟试验和振动信号的处理和分析。对轴承磨损引起的二次效应的分析,获得了区别于诊断其它故障形式的灵敏诊断参数和方法,指出用峰值因素来判别轴承的磨损故障是有效的。进一步考察磨损历程频谱包络能量的变化规律,建立了在线监视和诊断磨损故障与磨损程度的微机处理系统。本文提出了轴承精度消失故障冲击的概念,并可用采确定轴承振动冲击与精度等级下降以及磨损程度之间的关系。

Abstract

Vibration Monitor and Diagnosis for Wear Faults of Roiling-Element Bearings Cheng Hui Zhu KunquanThe abrasive wear of rolling-element bearings came out usually in engineering.Analogue abrasive wear test and vibration signals analysis have been made in this paper.Through ana- lyzing the second effect of abrasive wear of bearings,the sensitive dianosing parameter and method which are different from diagnosing other faults have been obtained.In this paper, the effective method that diagnosis wear fault by means of crest factor are pointed.Varying rults of spectral envelop energy have been analyzed.Then microcomputer system of on-line monitor and dianosis wear fault and wear extent have been established.Finally,the concept of the impulse of precision disappear fault of rolling-element.bearings is put.This concept can be used for determining ralations that extent of precision grades decrase and shock vibra- tion and bearings wear extent.Wear;;Crest factor;;Envelop energy;;Precision disappear fault;;Diagnosis
