Li_2O-ZnC-GeO_2系统玻璃中Ge的混合配位态研究

摘要

本文用最近研究的混合配位态EXAFS分析方法结合红外光谱研究了一种新的非晶态快离子导体——Li_2O-ZnO-GeO_2系统玻璃中Ge的混合配位态。研究结果表明,当ZnO含量不变时,随着Li_2O含量的增加玻璃中[GeO_6]的比例增加,在Li_2O含量为15%左右时,[GcO_6]的比例达到最大值,然后随Li_2O含量的继续增加而下降。[GeO_6]的比例与Li_2O含量的关系和玻璃的密度、折射率的变化规律一致,可用配位数的变化解释“锗反常”现象。

Abstract

The Research of the Mixed Coordinated Ge in Glass of Li_2O--ZnO--GeO_2 System Xu Chan;Pan Suyin;Sun San;Lu Kunguan;Zhao YaginBefore now, studying the structure of germanite glass was mainly focused on the R_2O-GeO_2 system. In this paper, the authors use the Mixed Coor- dination EXAFS Analysis Method, which recently published, to study the mixed coordinated Ge in glass of Li_2O-ZnO GeO_2 system, a new kind of superionic conductor, The results show that when the content of ZnO is fixed, with the addition of Li_2O, the ratio of [GeO_6] is increased untill the content of Li_2O is about 15%, and then decreased. The relationship between the ratio of [GeO_6] and the content of Li_2O is consistent with that between n, d of glass and the content ot Li_2 O. Therefore, the "germ- anium abnormalty" can be explained as the change of coordinatins
