标准住宅体系施工图预算程序的研究

摘要

随着建筑工业化体系的发展和住宅建设速度的加快,住宅建筑大量地采用了定型化、标准化设计。本课题的研究者根据DJS-130电子计算机及其终端和标准住宅体系的特点,摸索了一条使用程序时方法简便,输入信息很少的途径。在使用本程序时,只需输入二十多个信息,便可获得单位工程的全部预算价值和工料分析的结果。还能得到主要技术经济指标。结果精确,工效显著。 本课题以BASIC-Ⅲ语言进行程序设计。采用积木式结构处理各种标准平面单元的组合;采用复盖技术使较小的内存容易实现全部工程项目的工程量计算;采用可变换的工程量计算文件,提高主程序的通用性;采用直观的表达式书写工程量计算式,即便是仅仅懂得算法语言初步的预算人员也可以自行改写工程量计算式文件;采用分块、分组、分段的方式建立数据文件,以分批实现计算及输出打印过程。

Abstract

Research of the Program Used in Working Drawing Budget for Standard Residenctial System Zhan Yangji;Ding Weiguo;Ma Xuezhu;Zhou Fuzhen;Wu RunsuoWith the development of industrialization in coustiuction and the speedup of residential construction, modular design and standard design areextensirely used. Based on the characteristics of DJS-130 Computer, itsterminal and standard apartment building, a computer program is presentedin the paper for budget estimate and consumption estimate of building ma-terials in a project. The technical-economic index of. The project can also beobtained by The program. The program is very simple, only few infovmationwill be required for input. Accurate results and efficiency will b obtaiued. Basic Ⅲ is used as the algorithm language in programminge. Combin-ation of various standard plane units just as toy brick is used in design.cover up technigue is used so that all data required in a project can beobtained by a computer of small storage capacity; documeuts with variabledata for calculation are used so that the availability of the documents israised; explicit formulations are used so that accountauts can handle orrewrite the program with variable data, even thoagh he has a bit of knowledgeof algorithm language; Data are prepared for blorks, groups and sections,so that operation out-put and printing of the camputation can be carried outin parts.
